Story
A school under siege. A shooter in the classroom. An all too common American nightmare unleashed again. The amount of items that Soy Oil is found within.
Any additional comments?
The book is great if you are someone that likes details that are supported with research information which I do. There were however several points where the clinical terms dealing with types of fats, supplements, etc. became overwhelming and could cause the listener to drift out of focus. I'd like to read some of the studies that Dr. Hyman cites in his text. If you are someone that just likes the big picture, you may not make it through this book. If you like to REALLY understand what's behind the information, you will enjoy it.
