She tells with bravery and dignity for the first time the story of how she and her mother were betrayed and sold into sexual slavery in China and forced to suffer terrible psychological and physical hardship before they finally made their way to Seoul, South Korea - and to freedom.

Story
Tommy J. Curry’s provocative audiobook The Man-Not is a justification for Black male studies. He posits that we should conceptualize the Black male as a victim oppressed by his sex. The Man-Not, therefore, is a corrective of sorts, offering a concept of Black males that could challenge the existing accounts of Black men and boys desiring the power of white men who oppress them that has been proliferated throughout academic research across disciplines.

I'm so glad I read this. I am going to have to read this book a few times to really analyze all the good stuff explained in this book about the American Black Male from constant employment problems, the manufacturered dysfunction in black boys home environments, their demonization in society, and the continued attack on Black male heterosexuality. This is now my favorite book.

The best dating advice book of all time...
Reviewed: 05-17-22
I am so happy I bought this book. I believe that this book alone has helped to answer many unexplained questions I had about dating. Especially when it came to going on dates successfully with women without putting myself into a vulnerable position, looking crazy to them or knowing the types of women before and after the age of 33. This book also helped me to better understand how sex works with women and why they think the way that they do. I will have to recommend this book to all my single male friends. This book should be a mandatory read for all young men in school. I think I'll have to read this a few times and take notes. I'm buying all these books made by black dragon.

I had to read this book twice bruh. I really needed this book. I wish somebody had taught me this when I was younger. Because this would have saved me from a lot of trouble. I am VERY blissfully ignorant when it comes to stuff like this. This is why I read audible books religiously as a habit. Now I might actually be able to attract a girl and maintain her attraction to me without doing something stupid or weird later on. Then constantly wonder just what went wrong. All young men need this book. Reading this was the best decision I ever made. Changed my life. I wish I could find more books just like this...

Story
Everyone reads the headlines. Millennials aren’t buying diamonds or saving for retirement. Millennials want cushy jobs handed to them by organizations with futuristic nap pods. Millennials are killing the housing market because they eat too many avocados. The truth is, millennials were raised being told they could do anything if they worked hard, and then they worked hard only to be told the world owes them nothing. Here’s a headline people need to read: Millennials were set up. The tide of young adults standing up for themselves is culminating in massive societal change.

I enjoyed the parts where it pointed out the issues within our school system, boys being placed in special ed, and the problems of the Boomer generation. But once the author added in her personal bias of men then she lost me. So eat the meat and spit out the bones I guess.
