Age of swords was a fantastic read. It built upon the great story set up in Age of Myth, and really developed the characters in this series, and made you really care about them. The ending had some great twist and unexpected turns. If you liked book one in this series them book two is a must read! Can't wait to get my hands on book 3!

The second book in the Aftermath series is much better than the First. There is great character development and the author raps a great story around our cast of characters, which big have grown quiet fond of. If you thought book one was a bit drab, which it was, give book 2 a try and I am sure you want regret it. The reading performance is is solid. Thompson does great work as always! Can't wait to listen to book 3.

Having not read any of the Riyria Novels, this book was my introduction into this world. The beginning was a bit slow, but soon picked up in pace. The story was great with a lot a twist a turns, which kept you on your toes. The epic showdown at the end was great and did not disappoint. The final revelation at the end was great too and left me wanting for more. Book two can't get here soon enough. I highly recommend this series to any lovers of the genre. It is a great jumping on point into the world of Eland. The preview for book two at the end was a great bonus! What a cliffhanger to leave you wanting more!

This booked picked up right where The Name of The Wind left off. It was a great continuation of a great story. Though this book was 42 hours long, the time flew by! The world Rothfuss has created is a beautiful thing, and it was great to see so much of it in this book. Nick Podehl was amazing as always!. if you liked The Name of the Wind, this is a must listen to/read! I was left wanting more!

Picking up two year after the second novel, The Beast of Tarzan was a great adventure tale of survival and savagery. The story was and interesting concept, and Tarzan's crazy pack of friends was a really interesting idea. The only negative for me is that the plot got a bit repetitive at times, and really, how many times does Jane have to be kidnapped or taken. other than that the book was great! If you liked the first two books in the series, you will love this one as well.

This book picks up right where the first one left off. Tarzan's journeys and his evolution as a man and then de-evolution bring the King of the Apes full circle. I was hooked from the beginning and and my attention was held throughout. This book is very much an adventure romance, and leaves you wanting more.

This was an amazing take on a beloved Villain, which stayed true to the original legends version, while bringing it in line with the new cannon. The back stories on other supporting characters where great! This is an true prequel to the Rebels TV show from the empire perspective. A must read for any former Star Wars EU fan. I certainly hope Zahn will get a chance to continue Thrawn's story in the future! The epilogue at the ending leaves you wanting for more.
