I loved the way Trevor Noah told the story. It is the funniest book I have read in years.

The most interesting aspects are his insights on the absurdity of racism, and societal paradigms about a woman’s place in society, or domestic violence or crime or belonging to a community.

He’s a miracle born a crime.

Good reminder that one needs to be continuously intentional about creating a happy family.

The book draws ideas from management techniques and applies them to family. Managing and leading a family is more difficult than managing a team, because, you cannot fire your children.

It is important to nurture the positive moments, and be resilient.

A must read for new parents!

The most important advices and examples are related to rewriting reality and neutralizing anxiety.

Listening to the book, it is quite repetitive but easy to follow, even when driving.

I’m glad I bought the kindle companion to be able to go through the most inspiring parts as a reference for exercises.

Great reflection to remind us not to get carried away by the “busy bee” model. This books helps realize that we are self-sabotaging our creative potential by dedicating so much of our time to checking our phones, playing with apps or browsing the internet.

The narration is spot on, especially the discussion on the “two-dot” game. Great audiobook!

I loved Elijah Wood's reading of this classical story.
Huck gets away of most situations thanks to his behavioral intelligence, a way to say that it's not all about education at school, it's about learning to live in real life and cope with people and it's about enjoying every bit of it. Yet, it's fun to see how what he learned at school eventually proves useful: reading and writing are the most important skills one can learn.
