I bought this book thinking it was more of a workout program (it sort of is) but it has turned out to be an awesome book to help with technique
The good:
The technique instruction for swings is top-notch. The information about programming is useful. And the idea of this program is beautiful - This is a fantastic update to the original. Clarified a number of things that I had questions about when I first started my practice. The addition of “Timeless Simple” is awesome as a beginner goal.
This is probably the best general physical preparedness program out there. Great job !
