Story
A riveting investigation of the myriad ways that parasites control how other creatures - including humans - think, feel, and act. These tiny organisms can live only inside another animal, and, as McAuliffe reveals, they have many evolutionary motives for manipulating their host's behavior. Far more often than appreciated, these puppeteers orchestrate the interplay between predator and prey.

Most of the book is off topic | prejudice statements
Reviewed: 10-06-24
I got the book to learn as much as possible about parasites not learn about immigration or why “people” view others with more melanin as filthy. Brown is beautiful not filthy. We ALL are a different shade of brown. Like perhaps, if “people” viewed brown as filth, chocolate companies would've gone bankrupt years ago. Do “people” view caucasian people with brown hair as filthy or is it just people with brown pigment? I thought these statements were prejudice. 80% of the book is not about parasites. And on top of that, you spent a good amount of time promoting so-called “vaccines.” have you actually looked at the ingredient list of these substances!? Whats a shame!

Loved the well detailed information. With that being said, just like grains and wheat are manipulated with other mixes in order to be eaten by silly hue mans. So is meat. After further research, it makes sense to eat foods that are meal ready like fruits, some vegetables, some legumes, nuts and seeds. I also would like to add that ALL hue man's are not designed to eat the same exact things just like in the animal kingdom especially birds, there are many different birds that eat differently. A case can be made that specifically CAUC-ASIAN beings have roots in eating meet but the same cannot be said for melanin-rich beings. Like perhaps, for every 30 minutes of sunlight cause-Asians need, melanated beings need at least 2 hours. We also know that melanin is highly absorptive to sugars as so why so melanated rich ppl are more at risk of diabetes. All in all, All species need to figure out their roots.

Story
Dr. Joe Pizzorno is convinced that lifelong good health rests on two key determinants: your exposure to toxins and your ability to process them in your body. While lifestyle, diet, and genetics all play major roles in well-being, many symptoms of declining health and chronic disease are rooted in toxic overload - our exposure to a barrage of chemicals, heavy metals, radiation, electromagnetic frequencies, and pollution that are the byproducts of modern life.

This is a well detailed book filled with detailed information. Now, one aspect that Joseph should have mentioned is pets. One of the most toxic thing that ppl acquire from animals are parasites which are the sole root of cancer. There’s a reason vets give animals anti parasite medications. I would like to look at the link between cancer and other dis-eases, and ppl who are constantly getting licked by animals. People need to detox parasites as well which Joseph highlights very well in this book. Fasting starves parasites hence they stop multiplying otherwise know as (cancer spreading).

Then in 2004, she was invited to join a secretive, lavishly funded new team, dubbed the Nike Oregon Project. Coached by distance running legend Alberto Salazar, it seemed like the opportunity of a lifetime. Kara was soon winning a World Championship medal, going to the Olympics, and standing on the podium at the New York and Boston marathons, just like her coach. But behind the scenes, Salazar was hiding dark secrets.

In May 2017, journalist Matt Hart received a USB drive containing a single file—a 4.7-megabyte PDF named “Tic Toc, Tic Toc. . . .” He quickly realized he was in possession of a stolen report prepared a year earlier by the United States Anti-Doping Agency, part of an investigation into legendary running coach Alberto Salazar, an endocrinologist named Dr. Jeffrey Brown, and cheating by Nike-sponsored runners. Combining sports drama and business exposé, Win at All Costs tells the full story of Nike’s running program, uncovering a corporate win-at-all-costs culture.

Today there are three million homeless people in the US and almost 20 million vacant homes. The most technologically advanced nation in the world has a life expectancy lower than that of Chile and Bahrain. And citizens of the wealthiest country on the planet continue to ingest toxic chemicals through their food, their vaccines, and even their water. America, Jim Marrs argues, has been seized by a culture of death. And who promulgates this culture? The globalist masters of the G.O.D. syndicate - guns, oil, and drugs.

After listening to this book and reading a different Melatonin book by Russell MD, I decided to give melatonin a try. Bought mine from Dr. Mike Adams. I sleep good enough 8-9 hrs without anything, but since melatonin has many benefits other than sleep enhancement, I decided to take a low dosage of around 1-1.5 mg 28-47 min before bedtime. Highly Recommend!
