Let’s Do This! is a great book for anyone looking for some additional encouragement and motivation for their overall health and wellness. Liberty starts the book talking about positive mindset and the path to health really starts there. As a fitness professional for over 20 years, she has a lot to share and has tried it all to be fit and healthy. There are some really great tips in here to make sure you are maximizing your workouts like what she shares about heart rate. I previously did not know this but have started to incorporate into my workouts. She also shares ideas on healthy eating including go-to snacks and her methodology for balance overall - instead of suggesting a specific diet that many people have trouble sticking to. Raise a glass of wine (or kombucha, since she tells you it’s okay to have both) and cheers to Liberty for an awesome and helpful book.
