I guess I missed too much while listening to appreciate all the Characters, but I listened to the end twice and still missed the ending.

One of the best I’ve listened to with my basic Audible subscription. I highly recommend.

The story was not bad, but I had to skip over too many parts to play out loud. I didn’t love it.

But then I was a student at the University of Kentucky while this was happening. I did not know then that it’s not just Kentucky involved in Government corruption. It’s at its worst on the national level. It was interesting to go back through this again after learning that the majority of our local, state, and national government is corrupt. The only irritation with this is the mispronunciation of Lexington roads, areas, etc and the portrayal of Lexintonians with a South Carolina accent. People that live in Lexington and from Eastern Or Southeastern KY do have an accent, but that’s not it…no offense. I still loved this. John Y Brown the forefather of Democratic Crooks!!

I couldn’t stop listening. One of the best free books for my basic membership so far!
