lifestyle and dietary changes are the source of health improvement, not a med for every occasion.

I like the acknowledgement that dietary and lifestyle changes are the keys to improving health outcomes. I don't agree that we are designed to remain on a Keto diet. Keytones are an emergency source of energy, which necessarily means they are not meant to be a long-term energy source for the human body.
