It was too beautiful!!! A must read for sure!!! SO hilarious and had great plot twists. 😍
While I was disappointed that the series ended, it finished off on a semi goodish note.

This book was amazing!!! I loved it. It was funny, suspenseful, and full of adventure. Great for fans of ‘Wizard for Hire’, ‘Lord of the Rings’, and ‘Fablehaven’.
The reader (Kirby Heyborne) is one of my favorites.
A note to the wise, though: the last half of chapter 33, and the first half of chapter 34 aren’t for the faint of heart.
Other than that, it was an overall great book! Can’t wait to listen to the second book.

Bethany and Owen have failed. The villain they have come to know as Nobody has ripped asunder the fictional and nonfictional worlds, destroying their connection. Bethany has been split in two, with her fictional and nonfictional selves living in the separate realms. But weirdly, no one seems to mind. Owen and every other nonfictional person have lost their imaginations, so they can’t picture their lives any differently.

Story
In the Clandoms, everyone is born with wings, with tight-knit communities formed around bird types: Jay, Falcon, Crow. Ellie Meadows dreams of growing up to join the Goldwings - the famed knights who defend all the people of the Clandoms. It was a Goldwing, after all, who saved her life on that terrible day her parents were killed. There's just one problem: Ellie is a Sparrow, and the Goldwings are almost invariably picked from the higher clans like Eagles and Ospreys. This rigid hierarchy means that Ellie is destined to become a farmer.

This book is SO great. It was laugh-out-loud funny, clever, and fun. I love Natalie Lloyd’s books; this one is one of my favorites. On top of that, I love the narrator, Cassandra Morris. She makes the story really come to life. The rhyme that is mentioned through out the book also gave it the right hint of mystery. And though the perspectives change throughout the book (one chapter one sibling the next another) the author does it so smoothly that I can’t imagine the book any other way.

The Return of the King is the towering climax to J. R. R. Tolkien’s trilogy that tells the saga of the hobbits of Middle-earth and the great War of the Rings. In this concluding volume, Frodo and Sam make a terrible journey to the heart of the Land of the Shadow in a final reckoning with the power of Sauron. In addition to narrating the prose passages, Rob Inglis sings the trilogy’s songs and poems a capella, using melodies composed by Inglis and Claudia Howard, the Recorded Books studio director.
