Well written and very well narrated.
This book lays out a great case for giving our kids a lot more freedom than most kids get these days. It's written and narrated in an engaging way and unlike most books is not repetitive!

Story
In The Anxious Generation, social psychologist Jonathan Haidt lays out the facts about the epidemic of teen mental illness that hit many countries at the same time. He then investigates the nature of childhood, including why children need play and independent exploration to mature into competent, thriving adults. Haidt shows how the “play-based childhood” began to decline in the 1980s, and how it was finally wiped out by the arrival of the “phone-based childhood” in the early 2010s.

Great book on effects of social media and phones on kids

Covers a lot of ground, well laid out, and brings a lot of research to get the point across. Highly recommended!
The narrator did a good job of conveying the content and it was easy to understand even without looking at the charts.
I feel like it was a bit repetitive in places and could probably be about 25% shorter, but still a worthwhile listen.

Story
Though unappreciated in his own time, Johann Sebastian Bach has ascended to Olympian heights, the verdict of contemporary audiences long since overruled by succeeding generations of music lovers. But what makes his music great? In this series of 32 lectures, a working composer and musicologist brings his exceptional teaching skills to the task of helping you hear the extraordinary sweep of Bach's music. You'll understand the compositional language that enabled him to compose such extravagant, unbridled music while still maintaining precise control of every aspect - beat, melody, melodic repetition, interaction, and harmony.

pretty good

a decent overview of classical music history. The accompanying music interweaved helps the listener understand the concepts without having to go and find the same musical pieces on their own. I found that the amount of information conveyed was pretty minimal for each composer and so I didn't get as good a picture about them as I would have liked.

very interesting book combining practical guidance as well as an overview of the research that backs it. I found the narration lacking, the readers intonation seemed very much out of tune with the content of the book. However the net result is still great. Highly recommended
