this is a great book and I love the way its written and read. keeps my attention and I can relate to a lot of her journey, just trying to find my way in a world full of health gurus everyone that knows one thing is better then another.

I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, I enjoy meat but I'm on a Joubert of changing my diet and foods I eat. this has helped me so much in deciding a lot of my choices. clean, healthy foods, meat and all

I absolutely loved this book and will be rereading it from time to time. As some one who joined Noom to lose weight for good this book has almost identical teachings to that found in the Noom lessons. I HIGHLY recommend for those of you wanting to not just lose weight but lose it for good by changing your life and creating healthy habits that will stay with you for many years to come!
