Author's explanation on the historical background on the water fasting to her day-to-day experience to tips on the affirmations to practical and realistic remedies he used to cope with the worms were great.
I learned a lot by seeing how she treated her body as a temple with great love and respect and her emphasis on spiritual and mindset aspect touched me. Especially seeding the healthy good food thought to the mind for after breaking the fast was what I really needed to learn as I always failed after the fasting period.
