Very respectful of the the seniors among us while also letting us laugh at some of our foibles. I've already downloaded the next book and hope that more in the series become available soon on Audible.

This is several general meditations, and not particularly good ones. There is a vague allusion to weight loss in the first meditation but it is vaguely stated and unhelpful. What you get is very different than what is described.

Not funny. I generally like Ellen Degeneres and find her ad libs very funny, but this book is very dull and uninteresting. It started slow, but I kept listening thinking it had to pick up. However, I couldn't even make it through the third chapter. Just too boring.

Obviously many visual jokes and important storyline information that does not come through with just the audio track of this TV show. Very frustrating, so stopped listening half way through. Makes me want to watch the TV show, though, because it is obviously quite funny if you can see what's happening.
