I have a hard time sleeping and this helped me to relax and fall asleep quickly. After listening to this program for a few nights, I found myself craving salads and healthy food. I also started looking forward to going to the gym.
Sometimes in hypnosis recordings the person talking draws out the syllables and slows down the way they talk and make you want to fall asleep because of boredom. THIS RECORDING IS VERY GOOD AND IT IS EASY TO LISTEN TO HER VOICE.
I would highly recomend this book/program!

This is several general meditations, and not particularly good ones. There is a vague allusion to weight loss in the first meditation but it is vaguely stated and unhelpful. What you get is very different than what is described.Misleading title and description

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
A lot of editting. After the initial speech it devolved into a lot of noise. There was nothing after the first hour. I really liked her voice and found it relaxing. I was so optamistic about this audio, but was very disappointed. I was looking for some help with my emotional eating, but this made me want to do just that because I bought something that turned out to be much less than my expectation.Sound and fury signifying nothing
