Where do I start? This is my all-time favorite series. I didn't think there would be another book after the last one and I have been waiting anxiously for this one to come out, I was worried that it would not be able to meet my expectations but I couldn't have been more wrong, I was on the edge of my seat and didn't want to stop listening for anything. Harlan Coben is simply the best and Steven Weber is the perfect narrator for these books. Thank you for bringing Myron and Win back into my life.

Sara Marsala barely knows who she is anymore after the failure of her business and marriage. On top of that, her beloved great-aunt Rosie passes away, leaving Sara bereft with grief. But Aunt Rosie’s death also opens an escape from her life and a window into the past by way of a plane ticket to Sicily, a deed to a possibly valuable plot of land, and a bombshell family secret. Rosie believes Sara’s great-grandmother Serafina, the family matriarch who was left behind while her husband worked in America, didn’t die of illness as family lore has it . . . she was murdered.

I should have read the reviews!

Since I have been a long time King fan and I love the Holly series I didn't bother to read the reviews. Big mistake. King makes it clear he has no use for anyone who does not believe in his leftist political viewpoints. The story doesn't matter, it's only an opportunity to Bash Trump, Trump supporters, Anti-Maskers, Anti-Vaxers, etc. So unless you have Trump derangement syndrome as obviously Mr. King does, then plan on being ridiculed, attacked, and offended at every chance non-stop throughout the book. This will be my last King purchase but that will not bother him because hard working American's who live paycheck to paycheck, needing a strong economy and strong job market are not worthwhile in his elitist world. Enjoy your Ivory Tower King from one of the other half of the country that doesn't matter to you.
