Story
The Pittsburgh Titans are still working to move on from the tragic plane crash that forever changed the landscape of their organization. Having lost my wife, I know all about grief and the guilt of survival, which makes me uniquely equipped to take this team to the next level. From the very first time I stepped inside the Titans’ arena, I knew I was exactly where I needed to be.

I loved this story! Cannon is the new Titans coach. After quitting hockey to care for his dying wife, Cannon chose to pursue coaching, and his now the youngest head coach. His philosophy on coaching is a big change from the horrible coach Keller, and it was really great to check in on some the players from previous stories, Baden, and their partners one how much they love Cannon.
Hockey is Cannon's only priority, but while getting use to his new home, he finds his local coffee shop has more to offer than great coffee, it has the beautiful employee Ava, who attracts Cannon is ways he cannot explain. After convincing Ava to go on a date with him, they agree to an arrangement that they spend time together when Cannon is able, but he warns her that will be infrequent. The problem is that Cannon starts making more and more time for Ava, and feelings start to get involved, causing Cannon to question his relationship with Ava.
This is a fantastic story about finding love again after loss, and dealing with the feeling behind losing a spouse and finding closure.
I listened to this story on Audible and loved how Stephen Dexter and Mackenzie Cartwright brought the story to life.

Story
After I made the decision to divorce, my ex-wife set out on a smear campaign against me, telling anyone who would listen that I was betting on hockey and throwing games. It wasn’t surprising that my ex told the lies, but the fact that the media, league, and fans chose to believe her baseless claims was unforgivable. I walked away from it all and never looked back.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED this story!!!
I feel like I have been eagerly awaiting this story since Baden’s book when Brienne and Drake met for the first time and the fireworks flew.
The book begins with Brienne going to see Drake once the first season after the plane crash is over, to try to convince him to join the Titans. From the second they see each other they each realize that there is a big attraction between them, but an owner and a player would cause some waves on the team and in the media, especially after the flash allegations made by Drakes ex wife during their divorce.
It takes very little time for Drake and Brienne to stop fighting their attraction, but having a secret relationship that is being hidden from 3 adorably rambunctious boys, teammates, coaches and the media proves to be a challenge that may be too tough to overcome.
I had the pleasure of listening to this story. Aiden Snow and Maxine Mitchell did a fantastic job of narrating this story.

That gorgeous and somewhat odd neighbor who has been causing me grief is creating another type of feeling within me. And once that spark is lit, Tillie displays a faith in me that for the first time since the crash I desperately want to believe. Now it’s time for me to step up and become the man—no, a better man than I once was.

Wow! This story was so good! I loved it!
I have been waiting for Coen’s story! Not only did it not disappoint, but it blew my mind!!! I knew Coen was not a jerk! He is a total sweetheart, with a heart of gold!!!
When Coen finds a refuge in Stone’s cabin, he finds a place to start to heal, but when he meets his new neighbour Tillie, his quiet solitude is interrupted.
This story brings out all the feels, heartbreak, sadness, joy, laugh, and love.

Story
I joined the team at Jameson Force Security three months ago, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Leaving behind the Marine Corps together, my dog, Omega, and I made the cross-country trek to Pittsburgh for an exciting new career. Now I get to spend my days doing dangerous missions with my team and Omega gets to spend his days relaxing, unless there are explosives to be sniffed, and then he’s all paws on deck. When Omega snacks on something he most definitely shouldn’t have, an emergency trip to the vet introduces me to Abigail Blackburn.

Kellan meets Abbie when he takes Bubba to her veterinarian clinic. Their spark is instant, but Abbie has a secret that puts her in danger, and Kellan jumps to her aide. I loved how strong Abbie was, and how Kellan was not just there to help her, but to stand beside her instead of in front of her. I think Kellan and Abbie might be my new favourites in this series
Joe Arden and Callie Dalton did a fantastic job of bringing these characters to life.

Story
After achieving the goals I set for myself, I walked away from my professional hockey career. It was a tough decision, but the right one at the time. When the Titans organization approached me about joining the team they were rebuilding following a devastating plane crash, I felt a passion for the game and a competitive spirit I hadn’t felt in years. The opportunity to make a huge difference to a lot of people spoke to me, and I accepted their offer and headed to Pittsburgh without a second thought.

The best in the series so far!
Reviewed: 07-10-22
At the beginning of this book Sawyer Bennett said Gage was her new favorite, and I could not agree more.
Retired hockey player Gage was brought into the Titans after the plane crazy to provide guidance and leadership for the group of players brought together after the plane crash. I enjoyed him in previous stories, but fell in love with him during this story. Gage has such a great strength of character and heart that I did not want this story to end and I cannot wait for him to develop in the upcoming stories.
Jenna was so fantastic to get to know in Jett and I am so glad to be able to follow her journey and find her HEA.
After a horrible fire, Jenna has scars on the inside and outside, but when she and Gage meet there is something about the other one that draws them together and they learn how to help each other become stronger together.
This is a fantastic story and I cannot wait for more in this series!
I had the pleasure of listening to the audiobook of this story. I cannot say enough praise for how Lance Greenfield and Virginia Rose brought these two characters to life!

Story
Jessica Anderson has been my best friend since college. A single mom who found herself mixed up with a dangerous man years ago, she’s been living a safe, quiet life in Miami after helping police put him behind bars. We both knew her safety, and that of her daughter, was reliant on him staying locked up. So when I see an alert that he’s escaped from his maximum security prison, I know where he’s heading to exact his revenge. Now it’s a race against time to get to Jessica before he does.

I have enjoyed Dozer and all his gadgets since he joined Jameson. He was a fun character, but after this story I love Dozer.
When Dozers best friend’s life is in danger, Dozer steps up, but what neither of these best friends realized is that they have feelings for each other.
This is a great addition to this action filled romantic series! I cannot wait for one more story!

After a shoulder injury put my NHL career on ice, I resigned myself to the fact I’d never see my way out of the minor league again. As my career faded, my estranged brother’s star shot into orbit as the first-line left winger for the Pittsburgh Titans. But when the team’s plane crashed returning home one night, his light was snuffed out, and I was given the opportunity of a lifetime. Now I’m in Pittsburgh, playing for the Titans, and face-to-face with my dead brother’s ghost at every turn.

Stone’s brother died in the plane crash, and when he comes to The Titans, he is felling lost after losing the brother he had grown apart from. After meeting the trustee to his brother’s estate, Harlow, Stone starts to learn not only about his brother, but some family secrets that have him questioning everything, including his attraction to Harlow.
This story has lots of tears and heartbreak, but it was an amazing story of love and strength.
We got a little bit of Baden in this story, and lots of little snippets of other Titans players. I cannot wait for their stories!

Through our shared trauma, Sophie and I find peace. As we grow closer, what started as friendship becomes more intimate. But can a love born of anguish endure, or will the pain of our past prove too much to overcome?

I was really excited to read this book, and it did not disappoint.
Baden was introduced to us in The Arizona Vengeance Series and I loved the bits we got to know about him, especially during Riggs. My heart broke for him and I was pulling for his recovery throughout those books.
This book begins with Baden getting an offer to coach in Pittsburgh, as he is leaving to head to Pittsburgh, Riggs asks him if he is going to look up Sophie, the woman he saved, which resulted in his own attack. When Baden goes to see Sophie, their connection is instant. No one can understand what you are going through, like someone who went through it too.
Baden’s strength and character made him one of my favourite characters in a long time. Sophie starts off this book feeling broken, but through the story she grew so much and it was so exciting. I was cheering for her and so happy to follow her journey. At the end there is a moment, no spoilers but you will know when you get there, where I was brought to sobbing tears for Sophie and her strength.
Meeting the new Titans made me very excited for upcoming books. There are some big things all of these Titans will need to overcome and I cannot wait to follow their journey.
I listened to this book on audio with Aiden Snow and Lessa Lamb narrating. They brought me into the story and were fantastic narrators.

Story
As a professional hockey player, people think I live a charmed life. On the surface, I do. But they don’t know the horrors of my childhood, or the real reason that I have custody of my 17-year-old sister, Janelle. And that’s exactly the way I like it. They may think I’m a prick because I don’t like to share, but that’s fine. They don’t know me, and they don’t need to.

I LOVED THIS STORY!!! I have been waiting for this story since Riggs was introduced, and not only did it not disappoint, but it wildly exceeded my expectations.
Riggs has been a mystery since joining the Vengeance. We knew that his sister was living with him, but to learn Riggs' story, along with Janelle's story, made me completely fall in love with him. Veronica is a character that I loved when she was introduced, and came to love her even more after finding out more about her in this story.
When Riggs and Veronica meet, they immediately did not like each other, but there is a fine line between love and hate. These two jaded people, who did not believe in love, have a connection that neither can deny.
This is an incredible story told by two amazing narrators, and I cannot wait for more Sawyer Bennett stories!
