Story
What does it take to achieve your personal and professional goals? When is the right time to take calculated risks, and how do you prepare for the moment when opportunity presents itself? If anyone can show you how to do this, it’s Nicole Lynn. As the first Black female agent to represent a top-three NFL draft pick, Nicole worked her way from childhood poverty to become a Wall Street financial analyst, then attorney, and now top agent to elite athletes and entertainers.

I am no longer in my 30s but I thought I would try this one as continued growth and learning from winners has always been a part of my life. Nicole does not disappoint. She shares very intimate details in her own voice that deliver powerful life gems. I use audible often and this was the best one yet! She knocks this ball out of the park- it’s a win!

Story
“Coaches rely far too much on asking open-ended questions,” says Marcia Reynolds. But questions only seek answers — inquiry provides insight. When, instead of just questions, clients hear their thoughts, opinions, and beliefs spoken by someone else, it prompts them to critically consider how their thinking affects their goals. Reynolds cites the latest brain science to show why reflective inquiry works and provides techniques, tips, and structures for creating breakthrough conversations.

The author is very intensional in sharing methods to coach people to discover their own biases, fears, and other blocks. I found it very easy to absorb and actually enjoyable.
