Story
Do you want to stop feeling stress, anxiety, shame, depression, anger, guilt, sadness, worry, or fear? It certainly seems as though these emotions are inevitable and directly created by our circumstances, our situations, and the people in our lives. However, it is possible to discover that all your unwanted emotions are actually created by thoughts in your mind - and each of these emotions can vanish in an instant if you just stop believing the thoughts that create them.

Great book ruined by annoying voice
Reviewed: 08-17-18
The book is great and profound, Noah is a genius. But he couldn't have made a worse choice for narrator. The female narrator has a very low-pitched, unnatural voice that I find extremely annoying. It sounds like she's whispering in your ear the whole time.
