My first low review, the book can cause more damage that help

First the narration is awful even when played on higher speeds.
The book has some good info but to call a person a narcissist because the create a wall of silence is misleading, I have been married for 10 years and when an argument happens I remain silent and walk away till my partner cool off then we rather discuss it or let it go. I see that as better than to reply back while angry as it may cause more harm.
The book gives an example of a person opening the packages of her partner "by mistake", he gets angry then he becomes a narcissist? I don't see that fair as we don't know the whole story.
I stopped halfway, unless you are really being abused Don't read it.

Feel Good Audio Book

A couple of months ago I decided to make some changes in my life and I was thinking of how much I wasted in my life.
I decided to download some useful productivity videos to watch on the plane on my vacation and I came across Dr. Ali's YT channel, the videos were really inspiring.
I downloaded Audible and started listening to some of the recommended books he talked about.
Finally decided to go for Feel Good Productivity which just finished listening to today, the book is very organized, straight to the point, encouraging and easy to implement.
Dr. Ali quoted what he found useful as well from other books that I was privileged to listen to as what Dr. Ali recommended in his videos like and not limited to "Getting Things Done", "Atomic Habits" & "Hell Yeah or No"
Remarkable book and will go through it many times.
PS. I started listening to Interstellar, Breaking Bad & Sherlock Holmes sound tracks while working 🙂
Looking forward for the next masterpiece.
