It's my third book from this author. His storytelling is just compelling and the example is just so strong. For me the biggest lesson is the clear difference between generations and how we slowly are becoming self-centred. A great book to bring back the focus on caring for others.

I have read many of Dr. Ivan Misner book. Who's in your room is by far the most applicable at a personal level. There are numerous reflexion exercise thru out this process of changing the energy of the people that surround your life. This is one of the types of books I hope I would have read when I was younger and give to my children to read.

If you are a business owner, you should also check some of his other books and the networking organization he founded bni.com that is present in 73 countries.
