You'll learn so much about CBT from this book. With the book being 12 hours, it covers so many areas. An informative audiobook that is may to help you understand the nature of your unhealthy behavior and how and change it. This is an excellent resource for anyone who struggles with anxiety, depression, overthinking, etc. I recommend the purchase.

I have always known and heard about intermittent fasting, but I never tried it for myself nor did I believe in it. One friend of mine told me how she was doing intermittent fasting, and I finally caved in and got this book to see what all the fuss is about. I was definitely skeptical while listing to this book, but since I've taken the information and applied it to my life and diet I have noticed astronomic changes for good. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book and I am so glad I did!
