What an amazing book! The 12 Rules of Life helped me put into perspective things I knew but had never thought about in that particular way. The epilogue pulled it all together...loved it

The story gets a little hectic and almost lost me but then it starts pulling it all back together. I would recommend reading Four before this book. It gives great insight to his role and makes you understand how brave he is. Overall, it ends with a sad but wonderful message.

The narrator does a great job! At times I felt like she WAS Cameron Diaz.
What did you learn from The Body Book that you would use in your daily life?
Cameron does a great job talking about loving the body you have. It's true! We don't give ourselves enough credit. It reminded me to reconnect with myself and listen to what my body is telling me.
