This was a great addition to the series, the ending seemed finite, it makes me wonder if there will not be another book to the series

This novel started out completely slow, a lot of the building up could have been left out or downsized. It picked up 23 chapters later, then it was up and down.

Details of all the Decisions
Reviewed: 12-01-20
First I loved that the book was narrated by himself. Enjoyed hearing his feelings about his family and close constituents. Expressions of his own emotions and put in a different light when I heard a curse word or 2...he is human. I honestly thought he did just fall on the U.S out of now where but he really did have a political background with true intentions to lead and make things better for the United States of America. Some details were over my head as I don't have a degree in political science, but it makes me wish I did take a class. But he did a great job at wrapping those details up by the end of the chapters or segments. If you don't know his story hear it personally from the man yourself.

Too Much Detail

Well, the war did not get finished. I am expecting Lei to finish the war and it just fell flat at the end. The details were way to much, they spent too much time on the quest getting around. I liked how she explained her sanity at the end in her notes, but she could not speak to conquering her traumatic event and coping in the book.

Story
Cassie McDowell’s life in 1980s Minnesota seems perfectly wholesome. She lives on a farm, loves school, and has a crush on the nicest boy in class. Yes, there are her parents’ strange parties and their parade of deviant guests, but she’s grown accustomed to them. All that changes when someone comes hunting in Lilydale. One by one, local boys go missing. One by one, they return changed - violent, moody, and withdrawn. What happened to them becomes the stuff of shocking rumors. The accusations of who’s responsible grow just as wild, and dangerous town secrets start to surface.

Just a bored lil girl in a small town trying to find an adventure. The story is not clear on some details, has a small level of racism, big level of classic. Some details used through out the story did not come full circle in the end. The use of context clues just fell flat.

Story
As President Trump’s national security advisor, John Bolton spent many of his 453 days in the room where it happened, and the facts speak for themselves. The result is one of the few White House memoirs to date by a top-level official. With almost daily access to the president, John Bolton has produced a precise rendering of his days in and around the Oval Office. What Bolton saw astonished him: a president for whom getting reelected was the only thing that mattered, even if it meant endangering or weakening the nation.

Too many details
Reviewed: 07-08-20
The memoir is very descriptive, perhaps too many small details that could have been wrapped up. Two hour chapters are a bit ridiculous. I would have preferred more emphasis on the actual Ukraine and leakage. I did learn a lot about foreign affairs, and that Trump is busyier than I thought. I don't k ow if at some points was to benefit Bolton or Trump.

Story
Morgan Atkins is used to losing, but losing Messiah Williams was the most tragic of them all. Surely, after Messiah, no other man could compare. Settling with Sebastian Fredrick didn't seem like such an impossible task. He treated her well enough, he accepted her children, and he offered her entrance into a well-connected world. There was only one problem: He wanted to change her into someone else. The rules that went along with his lifestyle suffocated her, and when Morgan reconnected with Messiah's crew, she no longer wanted to play by Bash’s rules.
