Story
North Korea has perfected a ballistic nuclear submarine, positioned far from the Californian coast but capable of raining down terror on Seattle, San Francisco, LA, and San Diego. Enough is enough. It’s time to take out this threat and take apart North Korea’s People’s Navy, one boat at a time. They say, cometh the hour, cometh the man. Cometh the foe, cometh the submarine.

Good story if you turn your brain off and just enjoy the action. Narrator was absolutely awful. Didn’t bother to re-record errors he made, and talked waaaaaay too fast…. He basically ignores the punctuation of sentences and starts combining them making everything sound robotic. Good news is the author switched narrators for the second book. Just wish it was a little longer than 2.5 hours.

Great story telling, and great performance by the narrator. Unfortunately once again in this series, there is barely 20 minutes of actual submarine content; the rest is the main character running around playing spy. Disappointed.
