Planned Parenthood Supporter
Reviewed: 07-23-22
I was enjoying much of the book until the very end when the owner talked about how much they actively supported Planned Parenthood, and how it aligned with their goal to prevent overpopulating the earth. This conflicts with my personal beliefs and I do not recommend the book if it conflicts with your values.

Fortunately, of the three sports, swimming might be the easiest in which to make improvements. The book had good information and a basic training plan to incorporate the drills. He referenced a web page to see the videos of the drills and it is good, but anything more requires you to buy a membership for his coaching.
I’d like to have a free pdf of the plan to do the drills, some audiobooks offer this free download of key pages of the book with the purchase of the audiobook. I’ve tried contacting the author but his website and Facebook page only give you online access to him if you buy his coaching. Otherwise you have to snail mail him in Canada.
