Story
Nothing in Abigail MacLeod's life as a wife, a mother, and a teacher has prepared her for what she will experience during her summer in Israel. At 42, her life is in chaos, even before she leaves home - her marriage is dissolving before her very eyes, and her faith is in shambles. This pilgrimage to Israel was supposed to be a new beginning for her. But by the end of the first day, she is forced to board an Israeli jetliner in spite of a bomb threat and watches helplessly as a kind, fatherly gentleman she befriended on the plane dies in her arms.

Story
Many believers feel stunted in their Christian growth. We beat ourselves up over our failures and, in the process, pull away from God because we subconsciously believe He tallies our defects and hangs His head in disappointment. In this new edition - now with a foreword by Michael W. Smith, testimony by Rich Mullins and the author's own epilogue, "Ragamuffin Ten Years Later," Brennan Manning reminds us that nothing could be further from the truth.

Story
Psalms is presented by number-one Amazon best-selling editor, producer, and narrator Steve Cook. Also included is a theological introduction by number-one top-selling writer/publisher Robert J. Bagley, MA. This is the Revised Geneva Translation, a 21st-century update of the Geneva Bible. It eliminates archaic and potentially distracting 16th-century words and phrases, while at the same time maintaining the strict attention to original intent, for which this version of the holy bible has always been known.

Story
Some seasons of life can seem inordinately more difficult than one human should ever have to endure. For Brandi Wilson, this was the year when her husband of more than twenty years—and a megachurch pastor—walked away from her and her family, her church community dissolved, and her dreams and identity were shattered. Yet God transformed this heartbreaking, overwhelming year into an invaluable lesson on the gift of healing. Here Brandi vulnerably and beautifully tells her story of confronting grief and heartache head-on and learning how to grow from the pain.
