Story
When you're doing something that's out of the ordinary, your mental programing, your paradigm, will try and stop you. If you want to win, you must keep going. Your paradigms may be masked in complacency, fear, worry, anxiety, insecurities, self-doubt, mental hurry, and self-loathing - the result is keeping you stuck...locked in a box and starved of your dreams and ambitions.

I was first exposed to the concept of paradigms when I read The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People about 15 years ago. This was the most impactful book on the concept for me since then. Thank you.

This book struck a deep chord with me. Although I might be late to the party in discovering Tony Gaskins’ viral quote, it instantly resonated, especially as someone who regularly shares and creates my own inspirational quotes. That powerful message led me straight to *The Dream Chaser,* and I’m glad it did.
In a world constantly telling us who or what we should aspire to be, Tony’s story stands out as a refreshing reminder of the importance of embracing our authentic selves. He beautifully illustrates that the key to fulfilling our dreams lies in staying true to who we are, rather than conforming to others' expectations. It’s an inspiring and empowering read for anyone with a dream in their heart. A must-read for the dream chasers in us all!

Story
As the newly appointed minister of education in Sierra Leone, David Moinina Sengeh assumed that the administration he served—not to mention his family and friends—shared his conviction that all girls belong in the classroom. He was shocked to learn that many of those closest to him, including a member of his own family, were against lifting a long-standing policy banning pregnant girls from school. Radical Inclusion is the dramatic narrative of Sengeh’s drive to guarantee pregnant girls’ right to an education.

Inspiring as a second generation Sierra Leonean American
Reviewed: 01-22-24
I am wholeheartedly committed to creating educational and innovative opportunities in my family's village in the Bombali District of Sierra Leone. Our primary school Magbaikoli, a beacon of learning and hope, has been nurturing young minds for over 20 years, educating more than 250 children annually. Witnessing the growth and impact of this institution fills me with immense pride and joy.
Recently, I came across a book that resonated deeply with my mission and aspirations. It reinforced my dedication to contributing positively to my community. This book aligns with my fervent prayer to support and augment the efforts of leaders like Dr. Sengeh, who are working tirelessly to foster a more radically inclusive Sierra Leone. My goal is to play a significant role in this transformative journey, ensuring that the seeds of education we plant today bloom into a future filled with opportunity, inclusivity, and progress for all. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🇺🇸♥️🇸🇱

I will go back through this book again, as it contains so many nuggets that can make an average communicator above average, and a good communicator a great one. Thanks, John, for sharing your gift with us again. And even though we've never met in person, I consider you a mentor and a friend.

Stephen A. Smith has never been handed anything, nor was he an overnight success. Growing up poor in Queens, the son of Caribbean immigrants and the youngest of six children, he was a sports-obsessed kid who faced struggles, from undiagnosed dyslexia to getting enough cereal to fill his bowl. As a basketball player at Winston-Salem State University, he got a glimmer of his true calling when he wrote a newspaper column arguing for the retirement of his own Hall of Fame coach, Clarence Gaines.
