Extremely Addicting

Im a history fan. Mostly based on WW2 history and military advancements. This was an amazing story to listen to and I couldn't put it down.
Now for the actual story.
Those of you who are empathetic with things you read or hear, this one will tear at you constantly. The writers ability to give each person a value of humanity and or anger is unbelievable. Well done.

Any story that starts out, with the MC being handed extreme punishment for doing the right thing. Nope.
A whole village hates her for stopping a thief, because she broke said thief ankle. MC didn't stand up for herself or its made as such because it helps cast a poor innocent little girl. no thanks. terrible start.

Narration is fantastic, but thats it.

As someone who played through multiple Mass Effect games, I gotta give Fryda Wolf credit. I felt like I was in the games hearing the tones, the moods and the ideology of each race. She nailed it. As for the actual story. It was completely stupid. Betrayals happen with no repercussions. Idiot plans fail with no repercussions. In reality it would have different.
Giving the 2nd one a shot, out of respect for BioWare.

The book itself is enjoyable. However the continual switch between miles, league's, and other distance types seemed odd. In multiple cases the terms would be switched around in a single paragraph.
Wasnt a fan of the deep voice for a female dragon. Though it translates the power she has as a dragon.
overall I've read the book many times in my life. hearing it via autobooks was pleasant. cheers to all the members of production.
