I really enjoyed the simplicity and the emphasis on Yahs Word, not traditions of man. It’s nice to know there are others who see things like me.

It’s late at night- I listened to this book within 24 hours! Lewis rocks- I wish I had the elaborate energy to say more- but as a person who listens to 10 books a month for the last 15 years… this book is my fave- I’m typically a non fiction theology reader- my love for fictional books with depth like this has been reignited! Wow- I do intend to listen to this series many more times. My teenagers are also excited to read this series as they experienced bits and pieces in the car with me. My new favorite book… well besides the Bible

This book is excellent- one of the best books I’ve ever listened to- and I listen to several a week. Her strength- and the information is great- I’m a bio hacker, as I listen in my hyperbaric chamber. I don’t have cancer- but I try to be proactive … I’ve learned a lot about supplements and health. I love Jane and her writing and resolve. Praying for her now- in the name of Jesus.

As a newly born again Christian saved from the New Age I found myself at a Pentecostal Assembly of God church... it seemed biblical enough and sound teaching - until several months in when the pastor began emphasizing the speaking of gibberish- he was doing it in front of thousands of people- encouraging these mystical experiences —- my saved from the new age radar went off!—- the pastor was saying nonsense and encouraging or pressuring the congregation to copy him... - this all seemed more new agey to me vs Christian... now I’m no biblical scholar - but the Bible says not to speak tongues in a corporate setting without an interpreter (the pastor disregarded this)—- also - historically tongues were a real language not nonsensical babble... Strange Fire validated the nudge I had that the church I was attending was off a little in their theology- I’m aiming for the narrow gate- not the wide road. That Assembly of God Pentecostal church was off a lot- the Holy Spirit is logical- and reasonable not causing confusion or disorder. MacArthur knocked this topic out of the ball park! He fully exposed the fallacy of the modern Charismatic Movement with nothing more than history- scripture and logic.

From New Age to Exclusively Jesus and born again

Wow! I am or rather I was addicted to learning about spiritual traditions from around the world, I was always seeking. I always loved Jesus, but I once held him in the same light as Buddha and Krishna I was a “new age,” Seeker or a spiritual slut. Not anymore, I now see the hollowness and lack of depth in the new age arena as it’s not fulfilling. After this book, I am a born again Christian, and I feel so much peace. My friends who know me are shocked and can see and feel the transformation I’ve gone through. In just the last 72 hours everything I thought I believed has been derailed, and I’m back to Jesus 100%. This book is so powerful, I’m so grateful. When I was 10 years old, my little brother died and was brought back to life. His first words were “I want to go to church.” My family then became catholic and I always loved church... then in my teenage years I rebelled and explored other teachings, I’ve been seeking other teachings neurotically for the last twenty years, but nothing has filled that spiritual void the way the truths in this book have. I never studied the Bible, until now :-) or even thought to get back into Jesus and the Bible exclusively 100% until this book... so powerful! I’m eternally... and I mean ETERNALLY grateful. Thank you, and I pray this book may serve you as it has me.

With love,
Allison Beardsley

Wow! I'm a fan of Steve Ozanich's writing, since I healed 20 years of chronic low back pain in the winter of 2016 after reading his first book "the great pain deception." Yes knowledge therapy can heal your chronic pain- but it can only heal your chronic pain if you are ready, and open. Pain presents itself when we overthink and under feel. Pain also presents itself when we are taught and believe falsities about our body.

Mr. Ozanich's writing style is hilarious and funny yet effective and heart felt. My family listened to this book on a road trip to the Grand Canyon... my husband loved it and even my 9 year old and 7 year enjoyed it. (My kids have been exposed to lots of audio books, as long as I don't subject them to more Eckhart Tolle they're happy).

I'm an audibles audio book on tape geek and an aspiring author so I read and listen to books a lot... a few a week at least. I also highly suggest re listening and re-reading especially if you are in chronic pain as learning occurs through repetition.

Enjoy This amazing book! Listen to it over and over and check out Sarno's audiobooks too... listen while you drive, listen while you cook and clean :-) listen and listen again. Wishing you lots of love on your journey into healing.
