This book and most of the recipes I wanted to check in practice, and I can say that this is the best thing I did, everything turned out very tasty and for people who are trying to lose weight, you should listen this book and guide to getting the proper understanding of how to create a perfect vegetarian meal plan for keto follower concentrating in the details of micro nutrients as the author has provided all the necessary information needed to know to have a healthy life living in keto as a vegetarian and the author provided detailed information on ketosis and how to create a nutrition plan, why the food should contain a high amount of proteins.

at first, I was not sure what I think. the voices of narrators where ok, well the women's voice was ok but dark and his voice for me at the beginning didn't mash well. but going from chapter to chapter the book becomes more and more fascinating and I really love the book now. yeah, there is dirty talk :) but is a book that crosses boundaries it gives you that feeling that everything can be done if you just love one another, talk and agree. T
