Story
Lacey Terwilliger's shock and humiliation over her husband's philandering prompt her to add some bonus material to Mike's company newsletter: stunning Technicolor descriptions of the special brand of "administrative support" his receptionist gives him. The detailed mass e-mail to Mike's family, friends, and clients blows up in her face, and before one can say "instant urban legend", Lacey has become the pariah of her small Kentucky town and a media punch line....

Loved the bantering between characters. Great way to get back at a cheating spouse via a newsletter to friends and business associates. Great chemistry between new love interest- next door neighbor at the lake. Highly recommended. Looking forward to reading more from Molly Harper.

The narrator does a great job with voices except for Garreth who is her deceased Scottish vampire ghost roommate. She may not know how to do a Scottish accent. However, this does not distract from the story line. I have listen to all 10 books and I am hooked. Hopefully, there will be more. I highly recommend this author and this series.

Story
Never in my 40 years did I think my new normal would be gluing body parts back onto ghosts and hosting a houseful of dead squatters. Thank God for superglue and a strong stomach. Never thought I’d date the Grim Reaper and that I would be the one to blow it. I mean, how idiotic does one have to be to get dumped by a dude who lives in Hell? Going about business as usual is not usual in any way. No one is who they seem to be...and to be honest, neither am I. What I’d known to be true has turned out to be myth. The angels are frightening, and the demons are hot.

Story
Venus Thibodeaux had a reputation for being trouble. Some said she started at birth. When she finally left Sinful shortly after turning 18, everyone breathed a sigh of relief. When she blew back into town four years later, no one was happy about her return. She immediately launched into her same old scams, picking off Sinful residents with ease before disappearing again as quickly as she’d appeared.

Story
It's no easy job being the town nutcase. Ella knows from experience. She's grown up in a quaint little place with people who pretend the extraordinary isn't happening around them. They ignore the bumps in the night and won't talk about doors closing by themselves or items moving mysteriously. They also won't talk about the old woman who haunts the streets. Those who do are fibbers, begging for attention. But Ella knows it is no lie - when the lightning cracks and the rain thrashes, someone goes missing: a child, lost to the night.

Story
"Happily Ever After" wasn't supposed to come with a do-over option. But when my husband of 20 years packs up and heads for greener pastures, and my son heads away to college, that's exactly what my midlife becomes. A do-over. This time, though, I plan to do things differently. Age is just a number, after all, and at 40 I'm ready to carve my own path. Eager for a fresh start, I make a somewhat unorthodox decision and move to a tiny town in the Sierra foothills.

Its about time we have more mature heroines. Jessi is a breath of fresh air and I totally feel her aches and pains. And despite all this and being divorced, finding a new job in a magical house that she was drawn to as a child, and making friends with locals (who are very colorful characters) she still tends to kick butt and manages to get all the killer dolls locked back in their room. Love the story line! The narrator does a great job with Jessi's sarcasm and other character voices. Found myself laughing out loud. Looking forward to her next adventure!!!!
