Enjoyable listen.

A man whose father has altered his definition of marriage. I enjoyed the book until the very end. I’m not one who could watch my husband put his dick into another woman and be okay with it. Not even a little. Other than that, it was good. I didn’t feel there was a whole lot of a plot or storyline, felt more like I listening to porn - as my hubby would say. Even though I didn’t like the ending, I really did enjoy the listen and would recommend this book. If you’re like me, just skip the ending.

Story
Margaret Seymour is bored by the stifling constraints of society dictating her behavior as a debutante in search of a husband. Her prospects are promising by the standards of London society, yet, not one of them causes her heart to flutter, or her head to fill with scintillating, forbidden fantasies. Those feelings are reserved for Camden Rycroft, Duke of Avonleah - a man who isn't even aware of her existence.

Love smut books!

This book is not for the faint of heart! Other reviewers didn’t care for the narrator but I found her engaging. I enjoyed this book so thoroughly I wish it hadn’t ended. Cannot wait to listen to the rest of the series. Victoria Vale is a new author to me first listening to The Villian Duology & the sequels, they were all amazing. I am ridiculously happy to have found this author!

Interesting story

The book definitely keeps you guessing but was very fast moving. Usually you feel that a book can drag on but not this one. I felt like it could have been longer, more romance, more explanations into the mystery of the time travel. I like more of a smutty book and if you do too, this may not be the book for you as the book is very innocent- a kiss here, a kiss there and all of sudden they’re in love. The story is good and I’ll probably listen to the next ones in line but just because I want to know what happens to the brother. The performance was very good by the reader. All in all, I’d give it a 4 star because the book keeps you guessing.

Story
When an unexpected inheritance elevates her family to the ranks of the aristocracy, Amelia Hathaway discovers that tending to her younger sisters and wayward brother was easy compared to navigating the intricacies of the ton. Even more challenging: the attraction she feels for the tall, dark, and dangerously handsome Cam Rohan.

Love Lisa kleypas!

I absolutely love Lisa Kleypas’s books and Rosalyn Landor is by far my favorite narrator. I wish the end would have continued into an epilogue of Cams tribe and what he was able to find out, that’s why I gave the story a 4 star. Other than that, amazing!

Story
“Lady Hawksworth, your husband is not dead.” With those words, Lara’s life turned upside down. Hunter, Earl of Hawksworth, had been lost at sea. Or so she’d been told. Their unhappy marriage - with its cold caresses and passionless kisses – was over. But now a powerful, virile man stood before her, telling secrets only a husband could know, and vowing she would once again be his wife in every way.

Amazing

Listening to Lisa Kleypas’s books by Rosalyn Landon is simply amazing. I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this book! I swear the descriptions don’t do justice! I was hooked and the mystery and vague comments about Hunter makes you wonder what the heck went on and if it was a paper book I’d have to cheat and skip to the end to find out because I wanted to know that bad! Listened to it in one day and I’m definitely regretting it now that it’s over.
Anyways, I definitely recommend this book as it’s probably one of the best I’ve listened to by L.K. And I’ve listened or read almost all of them!
