Story
Compiled by intrepid journalist Neve Pride, this archive of recordings spans the months after dragons emerged on earth, chronicling the communities that sprang up amid the destruction, the scientists, military leaders, and experts searching for a defense, and those steadfastly seeking the missing. Neve and her young daughter Bex travel among the wreckage speaking to those left behind and surviving, against all odds. Neve records everything for history, and in the hopes of locating a clue as to where the dragons came from and how one might stop them.

I thought it was good at first but the more I listened the more it just became political anthem and okay not for me I’m done with that stuff. Enjoy it if you do it’s not terrible if you ignore the signals that are constant.

Story
From executive producers of The Walking Dead and Travis Beacham, the writer of Pacific Rim, comes a heart-stopping Audible Original featuring a brilliant British cast. It’s the near future and seven years since a comet hit the earth and blotted out the sun. The world is a dark, frozen landscape. And then, beastly creatures emerge and take over. A story of apocalypse, horror, and adventure, Impact Winter is a wholly original new saga created just for Audible with immersive 3D audio that dares you to pop in your earbuds and listen in the dark.

I’m glad to have had the opportunity to listen to this audible performance. The actors efforts alone is worth a listen.

I thought it was great, the narration flowed and voice actors really pull you in. it filled my quiet day for a moment with gunfire, politics, and duty.
