The easy to remember 7 questions provide an accessible way for leaders to break old habits of telling people what to do. The depth of organization behavior and neuroscience has built into this book has it be an excellent way for experienced coaches to return to the basics of coaching leaders. This is my new book to recommend to the leaders and teams I coach!

This book felt like sitting at the feet of a humble master who has listened and fully lived out her calling. It is part life story, part how to manual. Lynne makes leading transformations on a personal and global level accessible to all of us. Thanks for modeling the way and for being a beacon of light Lynne!
