Everything is not so sleepy in Cherringham
Reviewed: 05-04-18
Episodes 13-15 continues a great series of the sleepy small English town mysteries. A retired NYC homicide detective and his English Web designer companion continue to solve mysteries. The first involes an exculsive girls school and what appears to be a plot to discredit the school with a pool of dead rats. Followed by an old run down castle, a family in disfunction and a supposed lost treasure. I have enjoyed this series from the beginning. Give it a listen.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Having read the previous 11 books in the series, I found listening to Tim Curry a bit less painful than reading the book. If you are looking for closure, you will be 50% disappointed. My daughter loved this story. My only plus is that this is THE END!
Which scene was your favorite?
The children in the hiding place sitting in the big comfortable chair reading the diary that had been left by their parents. This part of the closure I found enjoyable.
Any additional comments?
Tim Curry is wonderful

Would you listen to Royal Flush again? Why?
Maybe, but there are several more books in this series that i can listen to before wanting to listen to this particular one again.
What did you like best about this story?
It was an easy listen and one easy to stop for awhile and come back to later to finish. It had a very exciting ending although the culprit had been pretty well deduced prior to the climax. As far as I can tell Lady G. escaped with her virginity intact.
Which character – as performed by Katherine Kellgren – was your favorite?
Lady Georgianna the main Character was my favorite. Ms. Kellgren did an excellent job of making her a very likeable Royal while making others seem a bit too stuck up.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
no, there are few, very few audible books that I want to listen to in one sitting. I did this particular book in 3 sittings or drivings would be a better description.
Any additional comments?
I am looking forward to listening to other adventures of the fair Lady Georgianna, 34th(?) in the line to the throne and broke.
