Who says doing more will produce more results? In terms of body building, Timothy Ferriss begs to differ. In this book The 4-Hour Body, Ferriss shows us that doing the bare minimum is enough to achieve the desired results, and anything more would be a waste of energy and resources. There is many really good points in this book. I especially like the approach of asking the right questions so that both parties can come into agreement. This allows everyone to walk away feeling good. I’ve heard of this approach before and glad to be reconnected with this classic wisdom

I think it's a very practical book because the main book is too long and redundant and youtube video is too short for this fantastic theory: this book is just right i need.

Story
In this book, we will provide you with everything you need to know about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as the reasons why it's being considered one of the most effective treatments for certain emotional disorders. We'll go through the basics and essentials that beginners have to understand before they start their treatments, as well as the different benefits one can gain from it. Included are the different issues it is known to effectively treat, and the philosophy behind it. Aside from this, we also provide you with introductions into the different techniques used in CBT. Many of these techniques are meant to tackle very specific issues, and that is one of the great things about CBT. It provides very focused treatments, and sets specific goals for the therapist and their client to achieve. We delve into the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behavior - how all three affect each other and how making small changes can result in significant positive results in our lives.

What i loved about this book is how practical it is.
It clarified the theory they have for CBT! But at the same time gave very clear instructions on what one can do to APPLY this theory.
I have many books on CBT, and this was the best by far...
I would recommend you download the CBT application from the app. Store, its a GREAT tool to apply the thinking strategy of CBT in a structured way
