This is the story of Porter/Oz and Riley.
This story is part of the Delta Team #2 series.
This story was so heart wrenchingly fantastic! This book has the feels, every single one of them, and some of them more than once or twice even.
It was endearing to see such a tough aloha man so completely out of his depth with a small nephew that was just delivered to him via social services after his sister was killed.
There are secrets.
There are lessons learned, by everyone.
There is drama, but oh! The ending... just the feels people, more of them.
This has got to be by far her third best ever book ( I’m kinda partial to #1 and #2 lol).
Get this book, a box of Kleenex and you will NOT be disappointed one single bit!!

This is the 2nd installment of Susan Stoker’s Second Delta Force Team. This is the story story of Gage/Lefty and Kinley.
This story gripped me right from the beginning. It sucked me in and had me in the edge of my seat the entire time. This author kept me wanting more the entire way through this story. There are various characters from other series which are brought up and some even show up. Throughout the story I has gasps that Susan Stoker couldn’t have done that, some misty moments and even a couple of oh hell no she didn’ts. I laughed at parts too.
The ending, OoooooMmmmmmGggggg!!!! I was shocked, gripped, eager to find out how this author wrapped it all up in the neat tidy bow we love and adore. This ending was awesome!! I didn’t see it coming.
The epilogue for the next book...HOLY SCHNIKIES!!! I can NOT wait for Brain and Aspens book!!’
This narrator was good. I forgot Susan had gotten another narrator, but was pleasantly pleased with how well she did. This is my 2nd story with this narrator. I’d listen to more by her.

I bought this anthology for 1 author. I now need to find these books from the other authors. I’m so happy I had gotten this anthology, because I live audiobooks best and because I got to try other authors without having to try an entire book. I can check their writing styles this way.
These stories are HAWT! They are also well written and this was a well done anthology!!
The narrators were good. I normally listen around the 1.7 speed, because without the faster speed, some narrators sound like drunk sloths. Lol. I was very happily pleased with this group of narrators, some who are new narrators to me. Some of the productions were very well acted out. I prefer the acting narrators to simply reading narrators. The actors really add that extra punch people are looking for!
Overall, a very well done anthology audiobook!!!!

This was no simple double narration...this was acting. I mentally could “picture/see” what was happening as I listened. You could totally tell from their inflections what they were supposed to be feeling and thinking, not just listen about what they were thinking and feeling.
I straight up LOVED Bob Carter and Tammy Thomas together!!! They are straight up, 100% PERFECTION!!!

Susan Stoker did an amazing job with this story!!!
This novella size book did NOT seem like a novella, but an actual full length book. Like all of this authors stories, it is action packed and is a total page turner. This makes it end way to quickly.
The narrator, Stella Bloom did a great job on this story, like she usually does.
This is Macie and Colts book.
Colt is the Delta Force commander. We get to see both teams, although we see the newer team more than the older one. Mainly, because Truck would lose his crap if he was in on the op to rescue Macie.
Macie has anxiety, and a grumpy exboyfriend.
He starts stuff with her, and she stays with the commander for safety reasons...or is it? *wink wink*
Her ex gets her, and the delta force rescues her. The entire story is just wonderful!!

This novella book is a continuation of Susan Stokers Justice for Milena. That story has 2 parts. That one follwed up by this one.
In this story, we see Sadie and Chase trying to find Jonothan (the baddies son from JFM). HE is still obsessed with Sadie...but why?
How do you stop someone with so much hate and sickness inside? You call in the Delta Force team and the Taggerts (who just happen to be, i found out, top of the line assassins). So...with this much fire power behind her, why would Jonothan be so obsessed with her? The reason is GREAT!!!
There is even a moment when Chase and Dane "Fish" Monroe know each other. They are both shocked to find out they Do in fact know each other! That is a GREAT part too.
The ending is..just WOW!! that's all I can say...W O W ! ! ! ! ! You do NOT see it coming, and how SUsan Stoker writes it will just blow you away!!

This is book 9 in the Badge of Honor series. This is Erin (a bartender) and Conor's (a game warden) story. This has everything we love and NEED to see in a Susan Stoker story. This book has weight issues in it (Susan always gives us a great topic that the woman (usually) faces. This one is no different and she did an excellent job working us through it.
Erin had a weight issue in the past and carries around with her as a gorgeous piece of luggage. Turns out, Conor not only sees it, handles it, but loves it, because he loves her.
Buuuuut... Can Conor save the love of his life? Can he get to her in time? Can they really have that happily ever after and continue running together in the mornings?? Get the book and find out!! You'll kick yourself for not getting it sooner!! TRUST ME!! *wink*

Not that there's anyone left to care. Actually, Bryn Hartwell cares. In fact, she tries to surreptitiously make life just a little easier for the mysterious man who comes into the grocery where she works late at night, only to get a tongue lashing for her trouble. Susan Stoker is the Author. Stella Bloom is the narrator. Stella does a great job (like always) narrating this book.
This is the 6th book in Susan Stokers Delta Force Series.
Dane Monroe was involved in a roadside bomb that not only killed his entire team, but also destroyed his arm. The Delta Team shows up and Truck saves Danes life. Dane's sense of self was destroyed along with his arm, Truck shows up periodically, talking Dane out of his head. While talking with Truck on the phone one night, Dane notices some crazy stalker chick. He goes up to her, in true man fashion, and enters his foot into his mouth. Bryn Heartwell is the crazy stalker chick (she is a certified genius, that spouts out random facts as they hit her head). She has noticed him for awhile at the grocery store she works at. She tries to help him from the background. After he chews her out, she quits her job...for him.
After some minor drama, they end up getting together and Bryn gets fascinated with the Prepper Lifestyle. When Bryn gets into something, she can't stop until she has learned it all. This fascination with the lifestyle leads her to get kidnapped. In true Susan Stoker style, Dane has no clue where to find her. He puts some clues together and figures out where she is.
Can he save her? Does he get his happy ending? Does he get his head out of his butt enough to figure out he needs her; that she makes him "normal"?
This book kicks butt! Once you start it, you'll NEVER be able to put it down!!

Where does Rescuing Kassie rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is one of my more favorite Susan Stoker books. Stella Bloom does a good job of narrating the story. Susan Stoker and Stella Bloom kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the story.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Rescuing Kassie?
There were so many memorable moments, that it is kinda hard to pick just one or two. There was when Fish Gibbs slapped one of the guys for saying something wrong, or when you find out that the sisters boyfriend is not who you thought he was, the ending...OMG!!
Have you listened to any of Stella Bloom’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
This narrator always does a good job of narrating the story.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Hollywood Alpha meets Brave Spy. (See what I did with the Hollywood?? LOL)
