Story
Eat for Heat discusses simple principles on how to make minor changes to your meals and drinking habits to keep your body in a better metabolic "zone" all day every day. It's a tactic that can be applied to any dietary belief system, and can even yield tremendous health benefits to those eating just a regular Western diet. Everyone can benefit from the simple concept put forth in Eat for Heat.

i only wish i read it 5 years ago in 2013. it's crazy, but it would probably save me from chugging down 5 x 365 gallons of spring water.
yep! doing my best to stay hydrated I used to drink roughly a gallon of water per day. no wonder my hands were freezing cold all the time!

Story
By synthesizing current research in the social sciences, Schwartz makes the counterintuitive case that eliminating choices can greatly reduce the stress, anxiety, and busyness of our lives. He offers eleven practical steps on how to limit choices to a manageable number, have the discipline to focus on the important ones and ignore the rest, and ultimately derive greater satisfaction from the choices you have to make.
