Now she must join with him and give him a child. Lucy can't believe the words coming out of this hard-bodied male. He insists her destiny is to become a mermaid queen and mother to his future children. The one thing "destiny" forgot to mention was that Lucy's a broke divorcee who can't even have a child. It's really too bad, because his gorgeous lips are all too kissable.

Its Okay, but sounds like a teenager wrote it

I loved the idea of the story, however it was pretty repetitive and the language used during the hot and heavy scenes, truly sounded like a teenager writing in their diary. I finished this only because I hate wasting a credit, and it was too late to get a refund.
Also the narrorator sounded like robot, and is probably the worst part about this book. I feel that the concept of this book is amazing, a FMC that isn't a stick thin blue eyed, blond haired brat is definitely hard to come by. she was a bit whiny but when you are going through hell she's been through, it is pretty damn relatable.
Overall its okay but I wouldn't waste a credit on it since they are more expensive than buying the actual book. wish I would have read the reviews beforehand...

simple and beautiful

This is the first book my mother gave me to read when I was 12 years old. I'd read it over and over again until the binding was destroyed. hearing someone read it to me and bringing back memories as I listened was wonderful.
this book is wonderful. It is written very well, and it is more about the story than the naughtiness of the two main characters.
I highly recommend it.
