About this listen

ANALISA....He whispers her name, and it echoes back to him on the wings of the night. She is so young, so alive. She radiates warmth and goodness, chasing the coldness from his being, banishing the loneliness from his soul. In four centuries of prowling, the shadows have brought him few pleasures, but the nearness of her soft lips, her warm throat, promise sweetness beyond imagining. She has wandered unchaperoned to the moonlit tomb where he takes refuge by day, little suspecting that with his eyes alone he can mesmerize her, compel her to do his bidding. Yet he will not take her life's blood by force or trickery. He will have it as a gift, freely given, and in exchange, he will make her wildest dreams come true.

Amanda Ashley does not disappoint with her writing. The characters were strong and likable and the plot exciting enough to keep the pages turning

I love you Alexandro

This is the first book my mother gave me to read when I was 12 years old. I'd read it over and over again until the binding was destroyed. hearing someone read it to me and bringing back memories as I listened was wonderful.

this book is wonderful. It is written very well, and it is more about the story than the naughtiness of the two main characters.

I highly recommend it.

simple and beautiful

Wasn't bad but not my favorite. The other book Embrace the Night was much better. The performance/narration was ok for the female parts but when it came to the vampire I wanted to laugh. Sounded like dextor from the 90's cartoon Dextor Lab. It was an ok book

Not my favorite

Story was ok; long & drawn out until the end then everything happens all at once. If the narrator was going for a Bela Lugosi accent, she nailed it. Otherwise it was ridiculous.

Standard Amanda Ashley...
