Joe and Rachel have been walking the Keto/low-carb walk for quite a while. They have studied at the feet of the best keto/low-carb teachers around. Their experience, knowledge, and exploration of this way of eating is very deep. Their teaching style is entertaining, relatable and very applicable. I really enjoy their podcasts as well as their YouTube and MightNetworks channels.
I always walk away with a smile and a new nugget of knowledge from Joe and Rachel...cheers to them(coffee of course).

Dr Joanna McMillan cuts through the noise and the nonsense and explores the most popular diet trends, the claims that are made and investigates the pros and cons through both a scientific and practical lens.

Just your basic same-old same-old

Just enough obscurity in the statements that you can't call them out and out lies. Not worth the time as it is all old data that has been disproven multiple times. i.e. Ketogenic only working for around 6 months or not being sustainable in the long term. Instead of viewing nutrition as a lifestyle this podcast seems to treat nutrition as something that can be flexible, that moderation is the real key. There are literally hundreds of products and foods that taste good and trigger undesirable behaviors...and it requires decisions to be nutritionally healthy. Very disappointing.

Liked the story. Just got yanked out the flow of it by unnecessary political references. The cool thing was also some of the Easter eggs.
