I held off on writing a review but it bubbled to the surface before I could finish this book. Both Ian and Lily’s sisters frustrate me. They show signs of being self-centered, judgmental, and at times they are not very likable people. I love this collection! So much depth of character provided.

This was so cute. I don’t know anything about the K-Pop world. I felt my knowledge and understanding growing alongside Shayla. In the end, I was rooting for her. Need this to be on Amazon ASAP.

Books like this make doing things like having to get up for work, cook food, and take care of your children annoying. Just let me be!! All I need is this book a cozy corner and total silence. That way I could continue to view each “scene” the author depicted. The details, the occasional sound effect, and THE DRAMA were all on point. This is a movie script! I mean a real movie not TUBI or even Lifetime. This maybe a Tyler Perry Production but it would require “good wigs”.

Do not attempt to do anything while listening/reading this book. Definitely don’t drive or us sharp objects. I found myself feeling like(or wishing) I was the heroine in each of these stories. I loved the character development which made the story about more than hunching🙃. I hope there is follow-up books about the best friends, I feel like the author alluded to there being an interesting story there as well.

I couldn’t wait to hear the Duke’s story. I love the fact that the heroine was not a pushover. Which was not surprising based on the characterizations of heroins in the Bedwyn series. A couple of surprises in this story that add more depth though.

This one will keep you guessing right along with the main character. At one point everyone but Flapjack (the cat) was a suspect. Definitely looking forward to the next book in the series.

To quote Shrek “Onions have layers”. This book was much more than just a romantic comedy. I almost feel there should be a disclosure about domestic violence. We forget it is not only physical. The story was well written. It was a joy to go on the journey with everyone.

I was actually shocked at how much I enjoyed the stories. In the world of what seems to be similar stories being retold with new characters that was not the case here. I was actually completely surprised by the final story. I would say that was my favorite of the three. All were well written.

I am about halfway through Off Limits. I had to stop and collect myself. I don’t recall ever feeling so connected or moved by a character that I had to stop reading. As a Veteran (albeit female) I can feel where Nix is coming from. The anger, the isolation, the reluctance to seek help. I told my husband this character is speaking to me. I don’t remember the summary and if this aspect of the story was listed there. I can’t say if I whether I would have gotten the book if it was. I am glad that I did. I hope more Veterans pick up this little gem. Emily is great too, happy to see how her character has developed from the previous book. Not surprised to see her mother is still a female dog. I am sure there will be some resolution with that in the end but again I am halfway through. I just wanted to stop and say thank you for the realism in regards to his struggles as a Vet. Even down to the chosen profession you are “Spot On”. I can’t wait to get to the end... Cover me, I’m going in.
