I loved the writings by Marion Milner but the introduction I ended up skipping. If the intro doesn't work for you, continue on to the rest of the book because it is really special!

This book has great narration and is very practical. The author is really enthusiastic and uses great examples and research to back up the points. definitely worth a listen if you are looking for something that is practical and inspirational.

This book was an easy listen with practical tips. It is not a rigid plan, but open and flexible, intending the reader to be more aware and to tailor their own plan around what makes them happy. The enriched PDF that accompanies the book is fantastic and thorough. I will listen to this many times over again for inspiration!
