Story
As you walk with David, the main character, he shares how he is feeling victimized by life. Through serendipity he meets some wise guides, Ted and Sophia, who show David how he can move from feeling like a victim to being a creator of his own life. The Power of TED* offers a powerful alternative to the Karpman Drama Triangle with its roles of victim, persecutor, and rescuer. The Empowerment Dynamic (TED) provides the antidote roles of creator, challenger, and coach - and a more positive approach to life's challenges.

Phenomenal Book! Before we operate most any vehicle a license is needed, which often requires us to take classes and a test first. This is true of most careers. Some level of education, some training is required. Before we get a marriage license, this book should be a prerequisite! Divorce lawyers would need to change their careers!

Thought Creates, Thinking Destroys

Tears of gratitude. Thank you for writing this book! ❤️ I've listened to or read 52 books a year for the past two years... This is tge 1st Book Review I'm taking the time to write.
I've had a lot of trauma in life, from the moment I was born in car, police chase and an attempted arrest of my father, who was trying to explain that my mother lying down and giving birth in the backseat, to physical abuse from my first husband and step father, along with watching my house burn to the ground, at age 5, after getting my 2 year old brother out of the house, then watching my 7 year old sister run away for help, all while thinking her twin sister was trapped in the house, add on a car chase of an abusive boyfriendof my mothers,, 3 teens murder next door, and more .... all before the age of 8.
So, after studying Child Development and Psychology, I have the theory that my brain wired in a chronic loop of fight ot flight.
Watch the new Top Gun: Maverik I drew the conclusion that I was like him. Fast! I think fast, talk fast, react fast . . . And I thought this was a good thing.... Maverik was fast!
Listening to this book, I had a major break through. It wasn't his speed that made him great, it was his gut. His abilityto listen to his intuition. His LACK of THINKING! Not over analyzing. Not talking himself out of a THOUGHT (this book beautiful explains the difference between a thought and thinking).
"DON'T THINK! JUST DO"
This book has shift and lifted and released so much in my life!
