It gives a deeper overview on emotional intelligence and its connection to critical thinking. It touches on recognizing your strengths and weaknesses in order to fully assess your emotion and be able to understand your own emotion as well as that of others'. Brilliant book, written for people who want to take a look at emotional intelligence in a broader sense.

This is a classic discussion of CBT theory. Remarkable and describing approach to persons with difficult personality problems which treat them a human being rather than patients. This is a great resource for CBT.
