Very helpful and Easy Listening
Very helpful and now I need to buy the print version to fully take advantage of the worksheets in the back. At times his voice was soothing and I could totally relate to the feelings of anxiety. Overall, good book!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The book moved me and wake my self confidence when it said that I am the key on what I will be tomorrow and on the future. That I can do all things with proper mindset and having confidence that I can do it because I am the master of myself.
