Story
Two astronomers have detected a strange, pulsing signal from deep space. Within hours, the US government goes into lockdown, restricting airspace and scrubbing scientific data. Was the signal an intercepted communication revealing alarming plans for an enemy’s military strike? Or has humanity at long last found proof of extraterrestrial life?

I do not disagree with the story, maybe with character motivations, though. It was acted real good.

Story
While he's not quite a household name, most people would consider H. Jon Benjamin, the voice-actor star of Archer and Bob's Burgers (and a sentient can of mixed vegetables in 2015's Wet Hot American Summer) a comedy show business success. But he'd like to remind everyone that as great as success can be, failure is also an option. In a hilarious, self-deprecating memoir, Jon lays out some of his many failures in all areas of life, from Work ("wherein I'm unable to deliver a sizzling fajita") to Family ("wherein a trip to PF Chang's fractures a family").

The best voice to listen to! This was funny and breezy and was not overwrought with filler. I recommend if you're a fan. If you've never heard of him, skip. I do hope he follows in the footsteps of Johnny Cash and narratives the whole holy Bible.

Love Doug and Morgan, and the other two who their names are. Wool, one of them, I think. There other's name is Jim Jam or Ping Pong or something

I'm a green leaf at mindful meditation, so some of this book had me struggling to keep up Especially, when it gets deep into the science (why I actually got the book). However, most of it was not too smart for me and has helped very much with my understanding of MM and helped make goals toward improving in my practice. I think this book will be a bigger boon when I'm at a more intermediate stage.
