Cohesive theme
Reviewed: 07-31-24
I enjoyed listening to this audio book and in fact listened to it almost non stop, it took only two days to listen to all the stories.
My only dissatisfaction was in the mouse’s voice which I found much too high and loud for my ears.
But that was a tiny portion of the complete readings. Overall I loved this.

only 30 minutes long, and way too much "I" in it.
Reviewed: 07-17-24
People love to talk about themselves and the author/narrator demonstrated this concept extremely well...This was only 30 minutes long, and the first several minutes were spent telling what the guy was gonna do, instead of just teaching what he claimed he was gonna teach. The last 20 minutes or so was repetition of the same words over and over. The entire presentation could have been done in 5 minutes or less. I didn't learn any thing that wasn't already common knowledge. People love to talk about themselves.

The steps were outlined in an easy to follow format. The different organizing personalities were very well explained and I feel I now have a better understanding of how to approach organizing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give this a five out of five stars. Just finished this audiobook. Yes, there were women who served in the military in Vietnam. Hard subject, tough to listen to the graphic content, but so glad I did.

Repetitive

I did not like this audiobook. The good points, the reader had a good voice and was easily understood. Another good point, I learned a lot about what happened in that war and better understand my friends and family who served there. I am also eternally grateful that my fiancé, KIA a month after arrival there, did not have to endure the full tour of duty and did not experience the horrors told here in this audiobook. I really really disliked the repetitive nature of the book. Despite the chapters having different names, the content was the same in way too many places. There were multiple times I had to check to see which chapter was actually being read as it sounded the same as what was told in previous chapters. If I had been reading a physical book, I would have just skipped these pages. But since it was an audiobook, there was no way to know if the next part would be repeated or not, and so I was captive to listen and hope the next chapter would be something different.

I loved this book. The open honesty was awesome, and hearing it read in the author’s own voice was outstanding. I don’t often binge through an entire book like this, but I couldn’t stop listening. This is one I will listen to over and over again.

Don't take too much Vitamin D it is dangerous! I started taking 20,000 IU a day-50X times the recommended dose of 400 IU a day. After about four months upped the dose to 50,000 IU a day or 150X the old recommended “safe” dose I then boosted it to 100,000 IU a day or 300 x times the old maximum safe dose! What happened over these last 10 months? Did I die? get sick? No! Just the opposite! High dose Vitamin D3 therapy over the last year-cured all my chronic conditions-some that i'd had for 20+ years!

great info, terrible narrator
Reviewed: 01-30-23
The book was chock full of good information, but it was difficult to concentrate due to the terrible narration. The woman reading the book had a terrible accent and there were times I was so focused on trying to interpret what she had just said, and completely missed the point of the sentence. I hung in and listened to the entire book solely because the information has potential to be so very helpful to me and my family.
