Outside the gates, a corporation with ambitious plans has been busy snapping up land from struggling families who have been growing sugar cane for generations, and now replacing local employees with illegal laborers. Tensions mount when the body of a female migrant worker is found in a shallow grave on the edge of the property.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
I am not sure anything could have improved ths for me. It was like "Planet of the Apes" and I did not like that either.
Has Zoo turned you off from other books in this genre?
Yes. Not my cup of tea

It was not the perforamance it was the story.

I suppose I was disappointed.

I was hoping for a good Longmire book, this was below par.
